The Power House Process
Energy Review: Power House will review your energy usage to determine your annual and projected future energy costs.
Design Estimate/Site Survey: The Power House Team will develop custom design proposals, as required for solar, roof replacement, and/or heat pumps that best serve your budget and goals.
Consultation/Proposal Review: Power House will present the energy efficiency proposal, design and available finance options if desired.
Contract/On Boarding: Quick and easy contracting and affordable, no out-of-pocket financing (if applicable) in place in minutes, not days or weeks.
Permit, Utility and Rebates: The Power House Team will manage all of the PSEG Interconnect & municipality permit application submissions, requirements and approvals for your project.
Installation: Your energy efficiency upgrades are skillfully installed by our professional, certified installers.
Approval & PTO (Permission To Operate): Power House will coordinate any required inspections and certifications for closeout of your project.
Savings Begin: Once your system(s) are up and running, your PSEG bill will be greatly reduced or completely eliminated, depending on system capacity and efficiency.
